Four Seasons Quality BV takes the issue of privacy very seriously, including user interactions with its website.

Information collection

Some data may be collected about visitors to the FSQ Buyers Platform website, including:

• Standard machine identity details (IP), as is normal and necessary when a user interacts with a website and server; and
• Click stream data on the nature of a user’s visit to the site, including server address, user’s upper domain category (i.e.: .com, .org, .nl, etc.), date and time of login, the path taken to the FSQ Buyers Platform site, and pages accessed, rout taken through the platform, searches/filters used.
• When a user provides personal information to FSQ Buyers Platform through the website:
• Registration- In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as company details, contact name and email address). By submitting the information the user grants permission for the collection and processing of the data. This information is used to create a new user for FSQ Buyers Platform and provide the log in access codes; and
• When editing your company details in “My account”;
• When the user has direct contact with one of our assistants on the FSQ Buyers Platform online chat assistance; and
• When making an order– To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). This information is used for billing/transport purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
• For logged in users: Order history is also stored.

FSQ Buyers Platform shares aggregated demographic information with our partners. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a payment processing company secure servers of Adyen Enterprise Payment Services to bill users for the rose variety selection and logistics. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order. We will not share your information with any other third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfil your request, or unless the information is required by law (if the information is subject to a warrant or subpoena).

 

Cookies

The cookies we use are strictly necessary to operate our site. FSQ Purchasing Platform uses cookies only for storing login session data. These are required for logging in. Payment and Credit Card information

In processing your payment by your most convenient payment method (i.e., credit card, debit card, PayPal, Alipay) we fully comply with the latest financial industry PCI-DSS security requirements.

In FSQ Buyers Platform your payment information is taken and processed on our behalf by the secure servers of Adyen Enterprise Payment Services, a Netherlands Internet Payment Service Provider certified by the major credit card companies. We do not store any of your payment source or credit card information. Through Adyen, we fully support the 3D Secure authentication mechanism (referred to by the major credit card companies as "Verified by Visa" or "MasterCard SecureCode"). Shipment information

Information about the packages being shipped to you will be provided to the necessary authorities for export, import, duty and tax purposes, and for security screening. The information conveyed may include your name, delivery address, city, country of residence, description of the product(s) you purchase, their purchase price, the amount of tax and duty, the number of boxes, and the total volume weight of the packages. This information is required by law and regulations applicable in the countries from where and to where your packages are shipped.

 

Preservation of data

The storage of company data and personal information will be stored until the user wishes to delete his account from Four Seasons Quality Purchasing Platform.

The cookies are stored for the duration of the logged in session.

 

Inspection, Correction and Removing Your Personal Information

FSQ buyers platform users will have the following rights with respect to their information:
